We accept major Credit Cards, checks and wire transfer for payment.
All products, images, and digital files are created at NavChartArt. Any frames shown are not included. All listings are for digital prints only. NavCharts & City map prints & all others, will generally ship within 2-4 business days of purchase from Two Harbors MN. If your print requires a proof, your print will ship 2-4 business days after your proof approval. Please allow at least a week transit time within the US, and 4-8 weeks for international. See chart below for details. A USPS label/tracking number will be available on your order page after it is shipped.
International buyers are responsible for all import fees and taxes. International buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. All of these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer combined shipping on international orders. Please contact us prior to ordering for international orders with more than 10 items.
If you need a rush order, please send us a message before you purchase and we will set up a special order for you to reflect the new price with RUSH shipping included if there is any.
SHIPPING
USPS mail unless an upgrade is purchased. 8"x10" up to 12"x16" prints are shipped flat in sturdy cardboard mailers. 16"x20" and larger prints are shipped rolled in double thick mailing tubes. - Please provide a secure address for us to ship to. Any tracking showing "Delivered" to the address provided is a completed delivery and cannot be disputed as lost or stolen. If you need a signature realese for your shipment please contacat us and we will upgrade your shipping to include a signature realese.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and send your friends & associates to NavChartArt. NavChartArt offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our small format products, including custom prints. Please contact us for a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your product and we will give you a full refund (or replace your product, your choice) once the original product is returned in "as new" sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Large format projects 40"x60" and larger are not returnable. If you have any issues with your project we will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. NavChartArt is not liable for any return shipping fees.
Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is very simple-we will never share any data transferred to us from a client for any reason. All emails, forms, and payment transactions are sent and fulfilled through secure encrypted servers.
LOST IN THE MAIL? :(
If you have not received your package within 20 (35 international) business days from shipment we will send you a free artwork replacement. Free shipping is only available on the original order.
DAMAGED IN THE MAIL? :(
We are very careful in selecting our packaging products to withstand the USPS system. If your item arrives damaged, send us a message including a photo showing the damage to the artwork and packaging. We will send you a free artwork replacement-free shipping is only available on the original order.
The standard listing price structure at does not include proofs prior to printing.
All NavChartArt listings have proofs of similar maps in the listing and many color samples can be reviewed by viewing the artwork in NavChartArt .
Proofs are provided upon request on custom orders from NavChartArt . Edits to artwork (except text edits which are free) requested upon proof review are done at an additional cost.
Please note that due to the variations in different monitors, colors may vary from your computer screen to the actual print. We do our best to demonstrate an accurate color representation in all of our product images. Printed color swatches are available. Please contact us for information.
